TCC completed an interior and exterior renovation including a new metal roofing system, new interior and exterior painting, new plumbing fixtures and repair of the existing building's electrical infrastructure.

Interior/Exterior Renovation — Primoris Electric
TCC completed an interior and exterior renovation including replacing the exterior siding, new interior and exterior painting, replacement of exterior glazing, new HVAC system, new millwork and fixtures for breakroom. TCC also installed a new metal roofing system and repainted the exterior of the warehouse building at the rear of the property.
Wholesale Payments
Fort Worth Office Renovation
TCC completed a complete renovation of an existing building for Wholesale Payments's new Fort Worth office. The renovation included demolition of the existing interior and finish out of a new open concept office space with private offices with storefront glass entrances, a new electrical service, new rooftop HVAC units with exposed ductwork, new aluminum curtainwall at the building entrance and new flooring throughout.

Landlord Work Interior Renovation
TCC completed interior renovation work including new painting for warehouse and office suite walls, new carpet tile flooring, new VCT flooring for break room areas, new break room millwork and new FRP paneling. TCC completed over 30,000 SF of flooring and painted over 100,000 SF of wall surface in less than two months.

Complete Interior/Exterior Renovation
TCC performed a complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing metal warehouse including new exterior metal paneling, complete metal roof replacement, new overhead rollup doors, spray foam insulation, additional concrete work and a new electrical service.

Renovation of the existing breakroom including removal of existing walls to open up the seating area, new kitchen millwork, new FRP wall paneling, new paint for the walls and new custom epoxy floors.

Grand Prairie Renovation
Renovation of an existing open office suite. TCC demised the existing suite into two suites which included the addition of a new break room kitchen, new flooring, new paint throughout with accent walls and a new frameless glass entry storefront door.
EC Barton's Home Outlet Store
Slidell, LA
Renovation of an existing shopping center for a new home outlet store. The scope of work included interior demolition, new wall framing, new lighting package, sealed concrete floors and HVAC modifications for the new tenant.
Plano Industrial Property
Masonry Screen Wall
Construction of a new 1,200 linear foot 8' tall masonry block screen wall to screen the tenant's yard equipment from the adjacent highway. The scope included demolition of existing chainlink security fencing to conform to the City of Plano's zoning requirements.

Fort Worth Tenant Improvements
Renovation of two existing industrial office spaces with connecting warehouses for a commercial truck and tractor trailer dealership. One building was renovated as the sales office, and one as the parts and service center. The scope included new fire walls, polished concrete floors, new part's counter room, offices, breakroom, locker room, compressor system, security fencing and landscape screening.
